Walk-in Camera Obscura for physical sensation. Light is at the centre of the dark room.
This replica of the ancient camera obscura is used in my work to concentrate the visual experience. In the empty, dark room, the sensory impressions are addressed in an unusual way, and the gaze is directed towards the light entrance opening and the light projection.
To create a clear reflection of the sun, a white balloon filled with helium was fixed outside for this installation. At the level of the lens of the Camera Obscura on the third floor of the building, it was tied up at several points with cords. The balloon functions as an artificial celestial body that reflects the most powerful source of light - the sun.
